Managing Director

  • With an extensive background in risk management and assisting startups go public, Dayton Marks offers his professional expertise when navigating the complexities of the finance industry. Over his career, he has been instrumental in raising over $20 million in capital for startups, empowering them to realize their visions.

    Dayton completed both his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the University of the Fraser Valley. Thereafter, he completed his Masters in Financial Risk Management at the University of Toronto's prestigious Rotman School of Management.

    Currently, Dayton holds key positions as the CEO, President, and Director of Constellation Capital Corp., a CPC listed on the TSXV, and as a Director of Ocumetics Technology Corp. Additionally, he played a crucial role in starting Hanstone Gold Corp. He also continues to work in an educational capacity at the Rotman School of Management.

Senior Manager

  • Nooreddin is an experienced consultant and educator with a strong teaching, research, and analysis background. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.

    Currently, Nooreddin works at PwC as a management consultant, aiding large-scale companies in the private and public sector restructure departments and standardize policies and processes. He also supports multiple business courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels at the University of Toronto and Queen’s University.

    Previously, Nooreddin worked as a Business Development Associate at RBC Wealth Management, closing over $1 million in new assets under management from high-net-worth clients.
